The HFS leadership team works closely with client partners to ensure we deliver our fulfillment and contact center services according to each clients’ business rules; we support their marketing programs and brand strategies to create a superior consumer experience.
We have developed high quality and service standards over the years, and have been responsible for developing, implementing and expanding Harlequin’s facilities and infrastructure. We understand that how an order is delivered is just as important as the product itself.
John Reindl, V.P. of Operations, North America
John joined Harlequin in 1998 and has over 25 years of logistics, distribution and customer service management experience. John has extensive experience in both the Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer markets. A strong leader who inspires confidence and trust in others as well as motivates his staff to perform at high levels so that project expectations are consistently meet.
Rhonda Porth, Director of 3PL Client Programs & Finance
As Director of 3PL Client Programs and Finance, Rhonda brings 20 years of cross-functional manufacturing and distribution experience. In this role, Rhonda directs the business management of our 3PL business venture, including project team coordination during new client pursuit & program on-boarding ,and overseeing ongoing administration of client services. She also directs the financial and purchasing functions for the facility. Before joining Harlequin, Rhonda worked for a major American multi-national automotive parts manufacturer where she analyzed strategic business decisions, including new business relations and new global facilities.
Kathy Nichol, Director of Projects
As Director of Projects, Kathy has an exceptional ability to construct and facilitate cohesive teams and liaise with key stakeholders. She has highly developed project management methodologies that ensure consistently high quality deliverables. Kathy’s 25+ years of business knowledge lend to her ever evolving involvement with projects at every level. Her involvement has been instrumental in the success of order fulfillment and supply chain optimization as well as database and management reporting capabilities.
Larry Brown, Director, New Business Development
Larry joined HFS in 2012 bringing over 30 years of sales and marketing experience providing print and fulfillment solutions to North American publishers, product marketers and non-profit organizations. With state-of-the-art HFS technology, an outstanding operations team and an excellent distribution network, he is ready to show marketers how HFS can improve their supply chain efficiency, speed up their order-to-delivery cycles and enhance customer satisfaction.
